VIP Advantage is a secure video web based application that allows employers to view potential employees from the web. This virtual interview program allows a candidate to answer specific industry questions, or a customized question set by the employer.

A VIP Session is a pre-recorded video interview of the candidate. Once the candidate completes a VIP Session, it is automatically posted online. Hiring companies can then review the candidate's session, which gives a complete 360^o view of the candidate. If the interviewer wishes to have another round of interview with the candidate, they can set up the next round of virtual interview or request for a face-to-face interview, within the VIP Advantage application.

VIP Advantage has developed and deployed an audio/video interview kiosk that enables candidates to apply for jobs and respond to interview questions (with audio/video captured at the kiosk).  The information and corresponding interviews are immediately accessible to the hiring company.   Interview kiosks can be deployed in office lobbies, high traffic areas (malls, shopping centers, universities), at job fairs or through a candidate in-home interview online application.

VIP Advantage is a system comprised of 3 subsystems that record, encode and catalogue responses to industry related questions.  A candidate registers online by filling out a personal profile, then proceeds to the location of the VIP Advantage kiosk (an office lobby, a mall or a job fair site) and answers industry questions affiliated with a profession.  The answers are encapsulated with the candidate’s profile and a VIP session is created for viewing within minutes. 

The web control panel allows all users to manage their information.  While the candidate can easily change or update information and search for prospective job openings, a company may readily view candidates.  Companies and recruiters may post jobs, and candidates may send their VIP Session in response.
